The Missouri Court of Appeals reversed and remanded a trial court’s ruling after concluding a group of Black employees had properly stated claims for race discrimination and hostile work environment against motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson and staffing company Syncreon.
In a May 2 opinion, Judge W. Douglas Thomson determined that a group of 18 Black employees of Harley-Davidson and Syncreon had sufficiently plead race discrimination and hostile work environment claims, and which also allowed their claims for aiding and abetting discrimination to survive the employers’ motion to dismiss.
