Former prosecutor Mark Pomerantz has retained Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison partner Ted Wells to represent him in a federal lawsuit challenging his subpoena from the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, according to court records.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg sued Pomerantz, the committee and its chairman Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Tuesday in an effort to block the subpoena, which is part of the committee’s probe into Bragg’s indictment of former President Donald Trump.
