The Washington Supreme Court’s Minority & Justice Commission’s will host the 35th annual “National Consortium on Racial and Ethnic Fairness in the Courts” in Seattle from May 21 to 24,  and registration is now open, according to a news release from the Washington State court system.

Themed “Justice: Promises to Keep,” the conference is expected to bring together judges, lawyers, other legal professionals and advocates from across the nation to “explore the root causes of racial and ethnic bias and disparities in state judicial systems and highlights solutions; while promoting the conference’s guiding principle of actively eliminating racism at all levels,” the news release said.
