This week, Avalon tuned in for a judiciary rules committee meeting to hear about possible changes to amicus submission rules in the wake of similar changes at the U.S. Supreme Court. And despite a report showing big drops in federal filings in the last year, at least one Big Law firm says they stayed busy and the future looks just as bright.
