The Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association has cited the University of Oregon School of Law for lack of diversity among its part-time faculty despite showing an increase in diversity over the past five years.
At last month’s meeting, the council concluded that the Oregon Law was not in compliance with Standard 206(b), with respect to part-time or adjunct faculty, according to the March 13 ABA notice.
