The conduct of two attorneys—one criminally convicted in Pennsylvania of stalking, and the other federally convicted of cyberstalking in New York—resulted in suspensions for each, as the Disciplinary Review Board recommended disciplinary measures in excess of the recommendation by the Office of Attorney Ethics.
Still, the suspension in the cyberstalking case came despite two members of the board voting for disbarment.
