Dominion, Fox News and Fox Corp. have all moved for summary judgment in a Delaware Superior Court defamation case, with each filing a brief in support of their motion this week.

Voting tech company Dominion, represented by Farnan Law and Rodney Smolla, claims the challenged statements are clear-cut examples of defamation by people who knew they would do unwarranted damage, while Fox News stands by its assertion that its coverage of alleged tampering in the 2020 presidential election fell well within its First Amendment rights.
