Jennifer Barron, an experienced civil attorney with specialized appellate experience, has been appointed by Illinois’ highest court as a Circuit Judge for the state’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit covering DuPage County, according to the Illinois State Bar Association.
Barron, who most recently has worked a solo practitioner at Barron Legal and as an of counsel for the the Law Offices of Lynn D. Dowd, will step into the trial-court judge position on Feb. 15, the bar association said in a website posting.
