The Idaho Supreme Court suspended a Post Falls attorney from the practice of law for five years, with two years withheld, after a disciplinary proceeding revealed that she failed to properly authorize transactions on a law firm’s credit card.

The court found that attorney Robin L. Haynes violated Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct involving misrepresentation and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. The high court’s order came after a stipulated resolution in which Haynes admitted her to rules violation, the court said.
