At its November meeting, the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association concluded that four law schools were out of compliance with ABA Standards.
Three schools were out of compliance for bar passage rate, and the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University is out of compliance with Standard 206(b), with respect to full-time and adjunct/part-time faculty, according to the ABA notice dated Dec. 14.
