Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has announced its U.S. associate end-of-year bonus scale, matching figures set by several other firms.
In a December 1 memo, Freshfields U.S. managing partner Sarah Solum said associates in its New York, Washington and Silicon Valley bases would pay out all “U.S. associates in good standing” a year-end bonus on December 15. Newly qualified associates from Freshfields’ 2022 class will receive a $15,000 bonus. Some firms have opted not to include NQs in their scales this year, including Baker Botts, Hogan Lovells and Paul Hastings.
