The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University’s National Legal Innovation Tournament went national for the first time this year with 11 teams from 19 law schools across the country—including a winning team from New York that developed an app to help users find venues for alternative dispute resolution.
On Oct. 7, the teams virtually competed to design apps to help change the face of dispute resolution as part of the National Legal Innovation Tournament, which is co-hosted with the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and part of Hofstra Law’s expanded programming in legal technology.
