Happy Friday from Avalon and Brad, and welcome to another round-up of the week’s news about the judiciary. This week, we’ll go over Judge Peter Cahill’s tips for handling high-profile cases. Cahill, a Minnesota judge, oversaw the murder trial of Derek Chauvin last year. Plus, we take a look a President Biden’s final push to appoint judges before the end of the year, and Republicans possibly put future appointments out of reach.
