Re/Max Holdings Inc., the parent company of real estate brokerage franchisor Re/Max, has appointed one of its longtime attorneys as general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary.
Susie Winders, who joined the company in 2009 and most recently was vice president and assistant general counsel, will replace Adam Scoville, a company spokesperson confirmed Monday.
