By now, many law firms across the country have now issued statements or memos on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, including several firms that are offering to pay for out-of-state travel costs for personnel seeking abortions. And more than 2,000 women partners across the U.S. have signed an open letter in a call to action after the court decision.

But Atlanta’s largest law firms have stayed mum so far, with no public statements. And a review of the open letter shows lawyers from only a few Atlanta-based firms have signed on.
