Ingersoll Rand, a provider of industrial equipment, technologies and services, and other defendants were hit with a complaint Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was brought pro se by Michael Deshaun Williams, who makes claims of employment discrimination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00048, Williams v. Carver et al.
