The lawsuit, pertaining to long-term disability benefits, was filed by Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson on behalf of Michael W. Langford. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00191, Langford v. Hartford Life And Accident Insurance Company.
