MetLife was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court. The lawsuit, pertaining to long-term disability benefits, was brought by Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson on behalf of Kathy Kay Green. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00172, Green v. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
