Unum Group, a Tennessee-based insurance firm, was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action was brought by Rogers & Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Michael O. Johnson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00973, Johnson v. Unum Life Insurance Company of America.
