A legal battle over a trial lawyer training program that has now splintered into two warring factions continued Jan. 27 with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit affirming a preliminary injunction aimed at preventing confusion between the dueling programs.  

A dispute within the Trial Lawyers College, a nonprofit organization that provides training and education services to litigators, spawned two sparring groups of lawyers who sued each other for control of the organization and its trademark.
