A federal judge has ordered attorneys who were involved in the Lion Air 610 crash settlements in which $2 million remains missing to submit charts by Feb. 3 detailing Girardi Keese’s bank records.

At a telephonic hearing Thursday, U.S. District Judge Thomas Durkin of the Northern District of Illinois said he specifically wanted to see monthly statements of a Los Angeles-based Girardi Keese client trust account at Torrey Pines Bank in which the settlement funds were held. His order was directed at former Girardi Keese partners David Lira and Keith Griffin, and lawyers at Chicago-based Edelson, which served as local counsel in the Lion Air cases.
