Here at the Litigation Daily, we get questions aplenty about how we pick Litigator of the Week each week.
We also get questions about how our friends at The American Lawyer pick the winner of their biennial Litigation Department of the Year competition. It’s just that the LDOY questions are about 10 times as intense and 104 times as urgent as the LOTW questions, given the number of cases in each firm’s submission and the amount of time the competition covers.
