Lawyers at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Nov. 22 removed a lawsuit against Calvin Mills and Oakley Transportation Group Inc. to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Kenneth S. Nugent PC on behalf of Melinda and Stephen Hawkins. The case is 4:21-cv-00335, Hawkins et al v. Mills et al.
