A Chicago federal judge plans to provide a video feed of an evidentiary hearing next month in a contempt motion against two former Girardi Keese partners, but he had a stern warning for anyone who wanted to turn the proceedings into a public spectacle.

“This isn’t going to end up on TV,” U.S. District Judge Tom Durkin of the Northern District of Illinois said at a telephonic hearing Thursday. “It can’t be recorded. If it ends up on TV, we will have a very serious hearing on how it did.”
