The New Jersey Supreme Court has dismissed an ethics complaint against a lawyer who used Facebook to obtain information about his adversary’s client.
The attorney disciplinary case against attorney John Robertelli was dismissed because Facebook was in its infancy and he was unfamiliar with its workings in 2008, when the events in question took place.
