WilmerHale’s Bill Lee and Quinn Emanuel’s Kathleen Sullivan will square off over Caltech‘s $1.1 billion verdict against Apple and Broadcom, while Kirkland’s Paul Clement and MoFo’s Deanne Maynard will dispute Judge Leonard Stark‘s decision to throw out a $236 million verdict against VMWare.
