Appellate attorneys are opening up about oral argument strategies after a fellow litigator got off to a rocky start before the Supreme Court of Georgia this week.

While arguing in American Civil Liberties Union Inc. v. Zeh, appellee attorney Brent J. Savage, of Savage Turner Durham Pinckney & Savage in Savannah, apologized to the virtual appellate panel for feeling “inadequate to make an argument.”
