A class action lawsuit filed in Atlanta federal court is seeking millions of dollars donated to the late evangelist and “Christian apologist” Ravi Zacharias and his ministry, claiming that he used contributions intended to foster his professed mission of spreading Christian teachings to instead underwrite a life of licentiousness and sexual misconduct. 

Zacharias died in May 2020 at 74; prior to his death there had rumors of misconduct—in 2017 he sued a woman who claimed he’d lured her into sending him nude photos, then settled that suit a few months later.
