Harvest Health & Recreation, an Arizona-based cannabis wholesaler and retailer, and members of its board were hit with a securities lawsuit Tuesday in Colorado District Court. The court action, filed by WeissLaw on behalf of Catherine Coffman, seeks to enjoin a vote on a proposed acquisition of Harvest by Trulieve Cannabis Corp. valued at approximately $2.1 billion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-02026, Coffman v. Harvest Health & Recreation Inc et al.
