Meet Stephanie Phillips, the associate general counsel at the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, or VEIC, a non-profit seeking to reduce economic and environmental costs of energy consumption by promoting energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable energy. Phillips, who practiced in-house at Boston-area technology companies Rocket Software and Rapid7 prior to joining VEIC in 2016 and moving to Vermont, has spent her entire career in-house.
