As the cannabis industry continues to mature, practices in Illinois and Colorado are bulking up—and, apparently, playing a bit of a game of musical chairs, with teams of attorneys shuffling between firms.
Greenspoon Marder has hired four cannabis law partners from Locke Lord in Chicago, a move aimed at helping the Am Law 200 firm capitalize on Illinois’ “$1+ billion cannabis industry.”
