A lawsuit claims that sexual harassment is pervasive at Scarinci Hollenbeck, and that an office manager who filed the suit was fired for refusing to accede to such conduct.
The suit, filed in Bergen County Superior Court, describes an atmosphere where sexual harassment training was presented for comic relief and where male attorneys have sex with female subordinates on the premises while others in the office are within earshot of their intimate activity.
