The New York Mets are pulling the team’s longtime general counsel from the game as part of an effort to overhaul workplace culture in response to allegations of sexual harassment and other misbehavior within the organization.

The dismissal of GC David Cohen and the Mets’ head of human resources, Holly Lindvall, comes after the team hired Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr to investigate the organization’s culture, following the firing of three high-ranking members of the club who allegedly harassed female colleagues, reporters and other women.
