In South Florida, the future of Zoom court is uncertain.
Earlier this month, Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County announced the expansion of in-person court proceedings and trials. The courts will continue to use remote proceedings when possible to make room for trials, with a focus on criminal trials, the court advisory stated.
