OneAmerica Adds Two Regional Sales VPs: Personnel Moves

OneAmerica has hired Ryan Quillan and Mary Beth Carion to be regional vice presidents for sales and service.

Quillan will manage sales teams and account managers for the Indianapolis-based insurer in Chicago, Colorado, Indianapolis, Michigan, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

Carion will oversee sales operations in Atlanta; Charlotte, North Carolina; Louisville, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; and Texas.

Earlier in his career, Quillan worked for Lincoln Financial Group. He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University.

Carion was a vice president for major account relationship management at Lincoln Financial. She has also worked for Bensinger Dupont and Associates and for Sun Life Financial. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

In other personnel moves news:

Zipari — a New York-based health insurance consumer experience platform company — has hired Matthew Crumley to be chief financial officer and Julie Coviello to be chief customer officer.

Crumley was previously the CFO at StorageCraft Technology Corp. in Salt Lake City. He has also been director of accounting and SEC reporting at Overstock.com and manager of business assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He has a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Coviello was senior vice president of client experience at Casenet LLC in Bedford, Massachusetts. She has also worked in client services at McKesson Health Solutions.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.

Manulife Investment Management, a Boston-based arm of Manulife Financial Corp., has hired Christoph Schumacher to be global head of real assets, private markets.

He was previously global head of real estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management.

He has a law degree from the University of Münster.
