A former Walmart cashier who claims she was fired from her job she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and requested that a stool be available when necessary has sued the retail giant, asserting claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The complaint, filed by Buckley Beal lawyers on behalf of Eviana Lukes Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, also said Walmart illegally retaliated against her for requesting time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
