The Shift: Legal’s Pandemic-Fueled Automation Binge Isn’t Going Away
While in-house and law firm IT budgets are still primarily dedicated to supporting and growing remote work environments, it won’t just be more collaboration tools or home laptops coming down the pipeline this year. According to a recent survey of 190 law firm and in-house attorneys, around two-thirds of respondents expect workflow and process automation to increase over 2021.
