Good morning and welcome to the Supreme Court Brief. The justices this morning begin the final week of the February argument session. Each day features a set of combined cases and we take a look at the lawyers on the phone line. A new book by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her former clerk, Amanda Tyler, will be published the day before the justice would have turned 88. Tyler shares some details of their project together. Plus: Scroll down for Brookings’s look at half a century of court commissions, including what to expect from the Biden court commission.
