Herbert Smith Freehills is set to vote in a new senior partner in March, as long-standing incumbent James Palmer prepares to step down, according to one person with knowledge of the process at the firm.
London-based Palmer has held the role since 2015, but will step down after two terms and return to private practice at the firm.
