Haynes and Boone was one of two Am Law 100 firms without any Black partners in 2020. After a late October lateral hire and the firm’s latest round of partner promotions, the firm has two Black partners.
On Jan. 1, Dallas-based Haynes and Boone promoted Houston’s Jade Laye to partner. He joins lateral hire Theresa Conduah, who joined the firm in late October in Orange County, as the firm’s only Black partners.
