Crowell & Moring Expands Brussels Office With A&O Hire

Crowell & Moring has expanded its Brussels office with the hire of a counsel from Allen & Overy, in its latest hire for the office.

The firm has added Karel Bourgeois as a partner. He has spent 13 years at A&O and specialises in EU and Belgian competition law.
