Slaughter and May has appointed a new general counsel.

The firm’s general counsel Sarah de Gay stepped down from her role as GC at the firm on December 31, 2020 and has now become a special adviser at the firm, according to her profile on the firm’s website. She was GC at the firm for five years, according to her LinkedIn profile.
