Investopedia’s annual spotlight on those it considers the 100 top financial advisors in the country focuses on those who have demonstrated ability to reach the largest and most diverse financial and investing audience.

The publication judges advisors by the effect and quality of their published work, their public appearances, their online following and their commitment to financial literacy across diverse communities.

It also uses peer-to-peer nominations to determine an advisor’s reach and influence.

“2020 has proven the value of great financial advisors who have been able to help their clients navigate the volatility and uncertainty brought on by the global pandemic,” Investopedia’s editor-in-chief, Caleb Silver, said in a statement. 

“This year’s Investopedia 100 have stepped up to that challenge, and the awardees represent advisors from all communities and backgrounds committed to spreading financial literacy and education.”
