King & Wood Mallesons Advises on National Australia Bank’s A$2B Notes Offer

Chinese-Australian law firm King & Wood Mallesons has advised the National Australia Bank (NAB) on its A$2 billion (US1.5 billion) capital notes offer, while local firm Allens advised the joint lead managers.

KWM corporate mergers and acquisitions partner Diana Nicolson and banking and finance partner Ian Paterson led the firm’s team on the issue.
