Following several partner departures, Stephenson Harwood has hired a new partner in Hong Kong specializing in international arbitration.
Fan Yang was until this past summer a consultant with King & Wood Mallesons. She advises as counsel on commercial and investment disputes and has been an arbitrator at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre since 2013. Fan is also qualified as an English barrister, which is rare among mainland Chinese lawyers.
