King & Spalding has added two partners from CMS to its construction, energy and infrastructure disputes offering in the Middle East.
Partners Patrick McPherson and Randall Walker join the firm’s Dubai office to help expand the firm’s disputes practices in the region. McPherson acts on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, representing developers, contractors, and sub-contractors in the region, while Walker handles energy and infrastructure-related disputes, including construction arbitrations, and project counsel mandates globally, the firm said in a statement.
