Latham & Watkins, DLA Piper, Dechert and Burges Salmon were among the big winners at The British Legal Awards on Thursday, which celebrated the legal sector’s finest achievements of the past year.
Latham & Watkins won the International Law Firm of the Year award, ahead of competition from Dentons, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Goodwin Procter and Paul Hastings. The judges praised the firm’s “very strong year” across a range of practices, and described it as a powerhouse which “shows no signs of slowing down”.
