A Philadelphia lawyer for President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign is seeking to have a federal judge impose sanctions after she received an allegedly harassing phone call from an associate with Kirkland & Ellis.

Philadelphia attorney Linda Kerns filed a motion Sunday saying a Kirkland & Ellis associate left her a one-minute voicemail Sunday morning, which she said, “by any measure falls afoul of standards of professional conduct.” The motion asked U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, who is overseeing the case, to issue a ruling forcing the associate to explain his actions, and to issue sanctions.
