A federal judge in Washington, D.C., on Thursday effectively killed a lawsuit alleging actions by President Donald Trump and other top officials constituted voter intimidation ahead of next week’s presidential election.

U.S. District Senior Judge Richard Leon of the District of Columbia declared the case “has more holes in it than a piece of Swiss cheese,” before finding he lacked jurisdiction over the claims made against Trump, Attorney General William Barr and acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf. Leon rejected a motion for a temporary restraining order against the officials.
