Hogan Lovells represented Marvell Technology Group in its $10 billion acquisition of high-speed data movement company Inphi Corp., represented by Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, in a deal that will create an entity with a $40 billion enterprise value and further up the ante for competition in a rapidly consolidating sector.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by the firm’s global head of technology M&A, Rick Climan, and M&A partner Chris Moore.
